Integrated
Software Solutions, Inc. (ISS), a
financial software and technology
company specializing in corporate trust
today announced that it has signed a
multi-year agreement to provide software
and services to Bank of the Ozarks.
Bank of the Ozarks is a bank holding
company with $1.9 billion in total
assets. The Bank conducts operations
through 53 banking offices in 29
communities throughout northern, western
and central Arkansas, three Texas
banking offices in Texarkana, Frisco and
Dallas and loan production offices in
Little Rock, Arkansas and Charlotte,
North Carolina.
Bank of the Ozarks will use ISS'
Corporate Universe software to support
its stock transfer and municipal and
corporate bond business and replace the
Sungard Microtrans system.
According to J. Michael Glynn, president
