Integrated Software announced the
planned release of a new version of its
Flagship Corporate Universe software for
shareholder accounting and stock option
processing. The solution operates on
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, Linux or
in an ASP platform.
Integrated Software also announced new
customers for the software including
X-Clearing Corporation, Mifflinburg Bank
and Trust Company, Ephrata National Bank
and Liquidnet Holdings, Inc. Testing is
underway at other customers. According
to Kathy Witman, vice president of
engineering , "We are very pleased that
new customers are using the new web
based version of Corporate Universe. It
validates the flexibility we wanted to
achieve in our design of the software”
Banks, transfer agents and corporations
are using Corporate Universe to provide
shareholders with account information,
allow plan participants to elect
contributions, distribute online
statements and do various program
enrollments. Customers are doing stock
transfer, dividend reinvestment, proxy
voting and stock option processing with
Corporate Universe. “The new user
interface provides a system that has
complete functionality while at the same
time is easy to use,” commented Witman.
